Our staff bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise and experience in early years education to the children and families at Stepping Stones. They ensure that children's wellbeing is absolutely paramount and provide excellent opportunities for children’s learning and development.

Sally Heath

  • MA in Early Childhood Education (with distinction)
  • Sally has been working in early years for 21 years and says that, “I love building relationships with children and families and encouraging children to reach their potential through creative play.” In her spare time Sally enjoys watching West Ham United and making cakes.

Claire Bridger

  • Claire has been working in early years for 7 years and says that, “The warm, nurturing atmosphere makes Stepping Stones a very special place.” In her spare time Claire enjoys spending time with her family, seaside walks and reading.

  • Sarah has been working in early years for one year and says that, “I enjoy the welcoming and nurturing atmosphere Stepping Stones provides.” In her spare time Sarah enjoys socialising with friends and family and going on countryside rambles.

  • Rebecca has been working in early years for one year and says that, “The warm, welcoming feel to Stepping Stones makes it a lovely place to work.” In her spare time Rebecca enjoys going for long walks with her dog and going for coffee with friends.

  • Studying for NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration
  • Will has just started working in business administration and says that, “The fun environment makes it a great place to study for my apprenticeship.” In his spare time Will enjoys playing football, walking his dog and spending time with friends.
